To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and committed part-time (50%) Marketing Manager (m/f/d) with immediate effect
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of marketing strategies: You will plan and implement creative campaigns to strengthen our brand and promote our product in the field of 3D concrete printing technology.
- Digital marketing: Creation and maintenance of content for our digital channels (social media, website, newsletter) and implementation of SEO/SEA measures.
- Content creation: Development of creative content (text, image, video) to market our technology - from social media posts to blog posts and presentations.
- Graphic design and video production: You create appealing graphics, visualizations and videos that present our product and brand in a professional and innovative way.
- Event management: Planning, organization and implementation of internal and external events (e.g. trade fairs, workshops, webinars) to position KARLOS 3D in the industry.
- Market research and analysis: You observe trends, analyze competitors and evaluate our marketing measures in order to constantly optimize our strategy.
- Collaborations and partnerships: Building and maintaining relationships with partners, media and influencers to expand our reach.
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and qualities:
- Completed studies in marketing, communication or comparable training.
- Several years of professional experience in marketing, ideally with a focus on digital marketing and branding.
- Experience in the creation of creative content (text, image, video) and knowledge of graphic design and video editing.
- Hands-on mentality, high level of initiative and enjoy taking on responsibility.
- Strong organizational and communication skills in German and English
- Experience in the planning and implementation of events and in social media management.
- Knowledge of common marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems) and content creation for various platforms.
- Creativity and a flair for innovative trends, especially in the tech and construction sectors.
